Fine Print:

• To book please call (773)-600-2320 or book online at salonzoey.com
• Blow-dry is not included.  
• Membership includes one root touch-up service per month (up to 1 inch of regrowth or less). & 1 deep conditioning treatment. 
• Additional regrowth, color changes, or full color services may incur extra charges. 
• Membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared. 
• Unused monthly services do not roll over to the next month. 
• Payment is automatically billed monthly to the card on file. 
• No refunds for missed or canceled appointments without 24-hour notice.

Cancel Membership:

• To cancel your membership, please email salonzoey@gmail.com at least 32 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Subject line: Membership Cancellation. Once we receive your email, you will receive a confirmation of cancellation.
• Please note that cancellations submitted after the 32-day window may not take effect until the following billing cycle.
